8. High Price Guarantee

PV Bullion & Gold Exchange guarantees that it will beat any verifiable cash offer on qualifying gold jewelry. We reserve the sole right to determine whether an item qualifies as gold jewelry, whether a competing offer is genuine, whether that offer has been adequately verified, and whether it satisfies the terms of this guarantee.

To be eligible, the competing offer must be a current cash offer from a properly licensed precious metals dealer located in St. Johns County, Florida, and must come from a dealer that purchases directly from the public. We may require written proof or other documentation of the competing offer and may reject any offer that cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

This guarantee is limited to one item per customer per calendar year, applies only to items that we value at $11,000 or less, and is subject to a maximum payout of 99% of the current market value of the gold content, as determined by us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ponte Vedra Coin & Estate Jewelry Inc. d/b/a PV Bullion & Gold Exchange, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
